Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview
Amore Liquors is committed to customer satisfaction within the limits of Florida and federal alcoholic-beverage law. Because we sell regulated products, our return policy is necessarily narrower than for ordinary retail. Please review this policy before purchasing.
2. Age requirement
Customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or to receive a return. A valid government-issued photo ID is required.
3. Eligibility for return or exchange
Under Florida law, alcoholic beverages are generally not returnable once they leave our store or the delivering carrier’s vehicle. We do not accept returns based on taste, change of mind, or customer ordering error.
We may offer an exchange, store credit, or refund in the following circumstances only:
A. Verified manufacturer defect on an unopened product (for example, corked wine, leaking bottle from the manufacturer, broken seal).
B. Product damaged in transit, reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
C. Incorrect item shipped, reported within 48 hours of delivery, with the item unopened.
All returns require proof of purchase.
4. Non-returnable items
• Opened alcoholic beverages (except verified manufacturer defect)
• Products returned without proof of purchase
• Clearance or final-sale items, when marked as such at the time of sale
• Gift cards
• Special-order items
• Products damaged after leaving the store or after delivery (except verified manufacturer defect)
5. Return window
All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery (for shipped orders) or purchase (for in-store). Requests made after this window may be denied.
6. How to request a return
Contact us before sending anything back. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

For shipped returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified manufacturer defect or store error. We recommend a trackable, adult-signature-required shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
7. Refund method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cash purchases are refunded in cash; card purchases are refunded to the original card. If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, store credit may be issued at management’s discretion. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection.
8. Shipping charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified manufacturer defect or store error.
9. Exchanges
Approved exchanges are subject to product availability and Florida alcoholic-beverage regulations. If the replacement item costs more, the customer pays the difference; if less, the difference is refunded or issued as store credit.
10. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at info@amoreliquors.com before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed and reported in accordance with applicable law.
11. Policy updates
Amore Liquors reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Updates are posted on this page with a revised effective date.
