Shipping Policy

1. Who can receive a shipment
All shipments must be received by a person 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued photo ID matching the recipient name is required at delivery. We recommend a business address for best delivery success. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.
2. Where we ship
We ship retail alcoholic beverages only to U.S. states that permit direct-to-consumer shipping from an out-of-state retailer for the relevant category. Because each state’s rules differ for wine, spirits, and beer, eligibility is verified at checkout based on the products in your cart and your destination address.
Currently eligible destinations (subject to product category and state law): Florida (in-state retail delivery), and additional states where retail DTC is permitted. If your state is not eligible for a given product, you will see a notice at checkout before placing the order. We do not collect orders we cannot legally fulfill.

3. Shipping fees
• Standard ground shipping within the continental U.S.: $25 per order
• Free standard shipping on orders over $300 (continental U.S., eligible states only)
• Expedited service: quoted at checkout based on destination
Shipping fees are calculated and shown before payment. We do not advertise free shipping on all orders.
4. Carriers
Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or other licensed alcohol carriers. Each package is marked “Adult Signature Required” in accordance with carrier and state requirements.
5. Order cutoff and processing
• Order cutoff time: 4:00 PM Eastern, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff are processed the next business day.
• Handling time: 0–1 business day.
• Estimated transit time: 2–5 business days within the continental U.S., depending on destination.
6. Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with carrier tracking once your order leaves our facility.
7. Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate. Amore Liquors is not liable for delays, loss, or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Returned shipments due to address issues are subject to reshipping fees.
8. Damaged, lost, or undeliverable shipments
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is returned to us as undeliverable, contact us within 48 hours of the carrier’s reported delivery attempt at info@amoreliquors.com or (813) 888-9849 . Please include your order number and, for damage, photos of the package and the bottle. We will assist with a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
9. Legal compliance
By placing an order you confirm that (a) you are 21 years of age or older, (b) the recipient is 21 or older, and (c) you and the recipient are not in a state that prohibits the importation or receipt of the products ordered. Amore Liquors reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with applicable shipping restrictions or age-verification requirements.
