1. Where we ship
Amore Liquors ships within the United States only. Due to state alcohol-shipping laws, we are able to deliver to the following 37 destinations (36 states plus Washington, D.C.):
- Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.), Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
2. States we do NOT ship to
We are currently unable to ship to the following states. Orders placed with a shipping address in these states cannot be completed at checkout, and any order that reaches us with one of these destinations will be cancelled and fully refunded:
- Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Utah.
We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes, or any international destination. Alcohol can only be delivered to a physical street address in one of the eligible states listed in Section 1.
3. Order cut-off time
- Cut-off time: 2:00 PM
- Time zone: Eastern Time (ET / America/New_York)
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a fulfilment day are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off — or on a day we do not fulfil — are processed the next fulfilment day.
4. Handling time
- Handling time: 1 business day
- Fulfilment days: Monday – Saturday
- We do not fulfil on: Sunday, and federal U.S. holidays.
5. Transit time
- Nationwide (eligible states): 2 – 5 business days in transit after dispatch.
- Local Tampa Bay same-day: orders to Tampa Bay ZIP codes placed before the 2:00 PM ET cut-off may be delivered same day.
- Carrier dispatch days: Monday – Friday (licensed alcohol carrier).
6. Total estimated delivery time
The total delivery window combines handling time + transit time:

Delivery windows do not include federal holidays, severe weather delays, or carrier service interruptions outside of our control.
7. Shipping costs & currency
- Currency: All prices and shipping fees are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

A single flat rate of $19.99 applies to every eligible-state order under $200.00. Orders of $200.00 or more ship free. Sales tax and applicable excise tax are calculated at checkout and shown separately from the shipping fee.
8. Adult signature requirement (21+)
By federal law and applicable state regulations, all alcohol shipments require the signature of an adult 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID at delivery.
- Carriers will not leave alcohol unattended at the door.
- If the recipient appears intoxicated or cannot present valid 21+ ID, the delivery is refused and the order returned to our cellar.
- You may designate any 21+ adult at the delivery address to sign on your behalf.
9. Failed delivery
If no eligible 21+ adult is present after three (3) delivery attempts, the package returns to our cellar. You will receive a refund for the product cost minus any incurred return-shipping fees. We will email you to coordinate a re-shipment or pickup if you prefer.
10. Damaged, lost, or incorrect shipments
Contact info@amoreliquors.com or call (813) 888-9849 within 48 hours of expected delivery. Please include your order number and (for damaged bottles) clear photos of the damage. We will replace damaged or lost bottles at no additional cost after carrier investigation, typically within 7 business days of your report.
11. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Local same-day deliveries receive a live-tracking link via SMS.
