These Terms and Conditions govern your use of amoreliquors.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By using the Site you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by BHAGWAN INC d/b/a Amore Liquors (“Amore Liquors,” “we,” “us”).
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site, place an order, or receive a delivery. By using the Site you represent that you are 21 or older and legally permitted to purchase alcoholic beverages in your state of residence and the state where delivery will be received.
2. Licensed seller
Amore Liquors is a Florida-licensed retail alcoholic beverage seller (Florida DBPR Retail Alcoholic Beverage License No. BEV3903652). All sales are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
3. Products and pricing
We make reasonable efforts to display product information, vintages, and pricing accurately. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any payment made.
4. Orders, acceptance, and cancellation
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, inability to verify age, or inability to ship to your destination under applicable law. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount charged.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
