Billing Terms and Conditions

These Billing Terms apply to all purchases made through amoreliquors.com, operated by BHAGWAN INC d/b/a Amore Liquors.
1. Accepted payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods listed at checkout. All payments are processed by PCI-compliant payment processors.
2. Currency
All prices and charges are in U.S. dollars (USD).
3. Authorization
By submitting payment information, you authorize Amore Liquors and its payment processor to charge the total order amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping, to the payment method provided.
4. Taxes
Florida sales tax and any other applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.
5. Order confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and again when it ships. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact us at info@amoreliquors.com.
6. Declined transactions
If a payment is declined we will notify you and the order will not be processed until valid payment is received.
7. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Allow up to 7 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at info@amoreliquors.com before initiating a chargeback. We will review the order in good faith and resolve the issue if it is our error. Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed and reported in accordance with applicable law.
9. Statement descriptor
Charges may appear on your statement as “AMORE LIQUORS” or “BHAGWAN INC.”
